How the contact form works
When you submit the contact form, your message is stored securely in our website’s administration area and sent to our business email inbox so we can reply. The form uses a hidden anti-spam field and limits repeated submissions from the same connection.
Third-party services
We use trusted service providers to operate the website and our business. They process information on our behalf, only for the purposes described here:
- Website hosting and email — to run the website and receive your messages.
- Google Fonts — fonts are loaded from Google servers, which receive your IP address in order to deliver them.
- WhatsApp (Meta) — if you contact us on WhatsApp, your messages are handled under WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.
- Analytics — if we enable analytics, usage data is processed by the analytics provider under its terms.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger.
International transfers
We work with clients and service providers in several countries, so your information may be processed outside the country where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep information
Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. Client project records are kept for as long as the relationship lasts and afterwards for as long as needed for legal, tax and accounting purposes.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access to the website administration area and regular software updates. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you if required by law.
